Terms of Service

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Undrift: Focus & Calm mobile application ("App") operated by Undrift ("we", "our", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use the App. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Undrift offers optional paid subscriptions ("Undrift Pro") that unlock additional content. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings (Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Google: Play Store → Subscriptions).
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
Free trial eligibility is determined by the App Store or Play Store. If offered, the unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App; using automated systems to access the App; or interfering with other users' enjoyment of the App.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All audio content, visual assets, text, and other materials in the App are owned by Undrift or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without our written permission.

6. Health Disclaimer

Undrift provides guided meditation, focus music, and cognitive training exercises for general wellness purposes. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. If you have a medical or mental health condition, consult a qualified healthcare provider before using the App. If you experience discomfort while using the App, discontinue use and seek appropriate care.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Undrift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia, except where consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
